The Magic of Almond Trees in Blossom

The almond trees in blossom, which densely populate the Várzea area, dazzle with the luxuriant whiteness of their flowers, which dust the ochre earth of the plain nestled between two hillsides like snowflakes.

This pleasant natural setting invites walks and hikes, allowing visitors not only to see the almond trees in blossom — which offer a unique visual and olfactory spectacle and form a white and pink mantle covering the valley — but also the beautiful seasonal lake that forms in winter with rainwater and persists until the month of May.
